  The ping pong table offers loads of fun for all ages. We maintain the ping pong balls and paddles to ensure they are in good working condition for your stay.

  The large seating area has another wood burning fireplace, with wood provided and large smart TV with streaming services logged in!

  A small bistro table is just outside of the guest bedroom on the lower level offering a sweet place to have a cup of coffee or just be close to those in the hot tub!

  This screened in porch on the lower level has something for everyone to enjoy!

  A gas grill is available for your use off of the lower deck. It is attached to a gas line so no need to refill a pesky propane tank. Tools for cooking and cleaning are onsite!

  This house is situated on a deep sloping lot but we have provided safety rails at the steepest spots. A full firewood holder is shown here in front of the fenced area for extra safety.

  The house has access to the main level from the driveway where you can plug-in your EV to our 220V plug. Bring your own cord and stay charged during your stay!

This house is located on a large private lot in the quiet and peaceful Ivy Ridge Subdivision. The entrance is on Blue Ridge Rd, which is the main road connecting McCaysville/Copperhill and Blue Ridge.

It is a lovely wooded neighborhood with paved roads and ample distance between houses for privacy and a peaceful serene setting out on either one of the amazing back decks!
