Ideally located two short blocks from Coolidge Park and the Walnut St. Walking Bridge, this incomparable home was furnished and designed with comfort, luxury, and adventure in mind. We love our city and know that you will too!

Located <0.2 miles away from Coolidge Park, this is perfect launching point for all your Chattanooga adventures! Within an easy 5 minute walk, you will discover many downtown and Northshore restaurants, bars, coffeehouses, local artisan retail, salons, day spas, galleries, grocery stores, boutiques, museums, recreational activities, and entertainment attractions. The hardest thing will be deciding what to enjoy first!

Want to explore a little farther? You can rent bikes from Bike Chattanooga and have immediate access to miles of downtown Chattanooga or the TN Riverwalk.

When you are meeting up with friends and family, this house is the perfect spot to just enjoy time together. Did we mention that the house and everything in it is BRAND NEW!?

With two separate living room areas and five bedrooms, there is space for everyone to be comfortable. Take in the Chattanooga sunset on the front porch, or enjoy the covered back patio and gas grill. Just want to relax? Our master bath offers a luxurious free-standing soaking tub and separate shower.

There are 55” Roku TVs in every bedroom and common area with endless entertainment options through Netflix, Hulu Live, & Disney +. We’ve got you covered in “The Gig City” with the country’s first gigabit per second internet speed.

All bedrooms have large closets, ceiling fans, and new mattresses with clean duvet covers. We believe your sleep is important and chose high-end mattresses and luxurious sheets to provide maximum comfort. All towels and linens are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. We have a beverage station with a Keurig coffee maker stocked with k-cups, sugar, cream, and various teas with honey. We provide cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, a spice rack, and a few basic condiments. A complimentary snack basket and a treat from our favorite local bakery is waiting for you to enjoy!

We love hosting families with kids! There are games, puzzles, and toys to enjoy. We also provide a pack ’n play with sheets, a high chair seat, and kids plates, bowls, cups, etc. We also added a little extra nostalgic fun with a video game console that includes 818 retro games. Hours of fun for adults or kids!

The two-car garage is accessible for guests and includes two outlets for charging electric cars. The driveway provides 4 additional parking spaces. We have a laundry room available for guest use and we provide some detergent to get you started.

The front exterior of the property is monitored by an Arlo security camera and doorbell. We also allow guests to use the alarm system if they wish. Both doors on the front of the house are accessible with a keypad for self check-in.

We have no doubt that once you arrive, you will wish you had booked it a little longer! Looking forward to hosting you and your family or friends!

The house is located <.02 miles from all the restaurants, shopping, and attractions on Frazier Ave in the heart of the vibrant Northshore community. It's an easy flat 5 minute walk to the Coolidge Park area or you can go across the Walnut St. Walking Bridge to all of the amazing restaurants and attractions in downtown Chattanooga!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
